our official store policy is no returns or exchanges. however, if there is ever an issue with an order please reach out via email.

our shipping rates are priced at average cost to cover the freight. the goal is to simply charge you what USPS charges us.

Emmalee takes orders to the post office once a week. when the label is made you will receive an email with tracking info.

please note that any orders containing a product that is marked "MADE TO ORDER" will only ship after the item is completed in our home studio.

it will take longer and cost more, but we ship anywhere that USPS will let us ship!

please note for international orders, we will be marking the exact names and prices of the items on the customs form. we are not responsible for any fees if your package is held in customs.

although we consider our store to be unisex, we typically size our clothing as traditonal men's sizing.

if you're interested in the fit of a specific item you can check the size chart on the product page and compare it to something at home that you like wearing or feel free to reach out over email and social media.

our process is relatively complicated and is always changing but it involves a small home studio, other local artisans, and a large network of manufacturers.
